Alta Vista's Communication Team Brings Home 3 Big Wins!

Our communication centre came out on top again this year with 3 big wins for our hospital! Our communication team answers our phone lines 15 hours a day, taking anywhere from 200-400 calls every day, and over 42,000 calls in 2010!

Congratulations to Sara for winning the Gold award in the Manager category for all her hard work with her team. Congrats are also due to Shannon and Brandi for their Silver awards in the Supervisor and Agent categories respectively. Alta Vista is proud to have such a dedicated team handling the phone lines! Thanks to everyone for the great work you do for our clients and our hospital.
